This is a slab-serif — or Egyptienne — typeface created using found objects. The letters are comprised of a thin plastic skeleton wrapped in rubber bands. To achieve a mummified effect, bands of varying size and age were used. Each letterform is approximately 3.25in in width and 4.75in in height.
